I love pineapples! Not only do they taste good but they have great health benefits. Eating pineapples can reduce the risk of getting cancer and diabetes.
In the post I will be sharing a very quick pineapple and coconut juice recipe. This recipe is so simple.
You will need:
- One pineapple (chopped)
- A can of Coconut milk
- A glass jar to store the juice.
Blend the pineapples and coconut milk in a blender until smooth then pour in a glass and drink or store.
